Trade partners

The work you do becomes part of the car.

Workshops, dealers, tyre and glass specialists, trade buyers. You are the ones who actually know what happened to these vehicles, and almost none of what you know survives the invoice. On Fleeter it does, and it is worth something to everyone downstream, including you.

This surface is in build. What follows is the shape it takes, shown now so the people who will use it can tell us where it is wrong.

The workshop view, as designed. Sample data, not a real job.

For workshops and service networks

A clear authority, and payment that follows it.

You see the job, the vehicle it belongs to, its last service and its odometer, and what you are authorised to spend. Above that number a person approves, in the system, in minutes, and the approval is recorded.

No chasing purchase orders. No invoice sitting in a queue for six weeks because nobody can find the authority it was raised against.

  • One job, one vehicle. You never see the rest of the fleet.
  • Standard job codes, so parts and labour mean the same thing everywhere
  • Invoices stored and content hashed, which is what makes the entry provable later
  • What you enter cannot be edited afterwards, by you or by anyone else
For dealers

Order book, stock and delivery, against real committed demand.

Fleet and novated demand arrives described by the role it has to fill, with the usage evidence attached. You quote against a specification that is real rather than a wish list, and you can see the state of every order you hold without ringing anyone.

Handover writes to the vehicle record: delivery date, odometer, condition, documents. It is the first entry in a life the car keeps.

For trade buyers and remarketers

Know what you are bidding on.

Every asset coming off fleet carries its own service history, odometer evidence and ownership chain. The ones with gaps say so on the row, before you bid rather than after you own it.

We do not retail to consumers and we do not become the seller of record. The fleet or its dealer partner sells; the platform runs the listing, the evidence, the settlement and the disclosure.

The buyer forecast: forward supply by month and asset class, advance offers, and what stays hidden until an offer is accepted.

Tell us which side you are on.

The trade surfaces are in build. We will show you what exists today, what is coming, and how we would want to work with you when it lands.
