Start the fleet business. The back office comes with it.
You have the clients, the panel relationships or the idea, and no appetite for two years of systems work before the first contract. On Fleeter a new fleet management or novated business opens on day one: the record, the finance and packaging back office, the client and driver surfaces and the assistant are already built, and they carry your name, not ours.

The operator’s book, as it is built. Sample data, not a customer’s.
A whole operator, provisioned, under your own brand.
Your tenant carries your wordmark, your colours and your assistant’s name. Under it sit unlimited client fleets on one agreement, your financier panel worked from the same record, quoting, contracts, payroll postings, declarations and the FBT year for novated, and a driver surface that answers the questions that would otherwise ring your phone.
None of it is a module you buy later. It is the same platform the established operators run, at the same per vehicle price, because it is the same platform.
- Your brand on every screen your clients and drivers see, including the assistant
- Unlimited client fleets under one master agreement
- Financier panel, quoting, contracts, payroll and FBT on one record per vehicle
- A board ready briefing per client, generated from their own data
Their book comes in from the files they already have.
Migrations in this industry are measured in years, and the reason is not volume or software. It is reconstructing a book from portal exports, PDFs and one person’s spreadsheet. Fleeter is built for exactly that input. A fuel card statement alone starts the register. A dump of everything else goes through a census of what was received, extraction with the source recorded on every field, a golden record per vehicle, a variance report against whatever the client runs today, and a reconciliation you both sign before anything is promoted.
Every load is re-runnable from the same dump, so a full volume rehearsal is something you do more than once rather than something you survive. Nothing is guessed: an identifier that cannot be resolved is kept as evidence and named, never silently dropped.
- Fuel card statements from BP, Ampol, Shell, WEX and Motorpass read as they arrive
- Register imports with a reviewed mapping, run as a job you can watch and stop
- Provenance on every extracted field: document, page and span
- A reconciliation your client signs, then a recorded go live

Grow the book without growing the back office to match.
The assistant works for your operation under your name. Your clients and their drivers can ask it plain questions and get answers from the part of the record their sign in can see, and nothing more: what came out of my pay, when is this vehicle due, what is outstanding on this fleet. Anything it should not answer it hands to a person as a request, so the calls that reach your team are the ones that need a human.
Inside the operation it reads the same way and acts only through a plan a person confirms: import these vehicles from the attached file, analyse this bill, rank the candidates for this role. It is switched off for every new tenant until you turn it on, read only first if you prefer, and it runs under a processing policy, a retention period and a budget you set. For organisations that need it, a fully private model deployment is built in.
- Answers under your brand, from the record, within each person’s own scope
- Hands anything it should not answer to a person, as a logged request
- Acts only through a plan the same person confirms, which expires unused
- Off by default, read only if you choose, budgets and retention under your control
Worth more from the first contract.
A fleet or novated book is valued on what can be proved about it: that every contract is what it says, that every deduction posted, that every vehicle is where the register says. Most operators reconstruct that picture for the buyer in a data room, at the moment it is worth least to be found wanting.
On Fleeter the proof is a by product of running the business. Every entry carries its source, nothing is edited, and the whole record exports in open formats any time you choose. Compliance is cheaper along the way, and the business you build is easier to sell, to fund or to hand on.

The same per vehicle price as the operators you will compete with.
The platform tier is configured, implemented and supported under your brand from $3,000 a month with five hundred vehicles included, then the same per vehicle bands as everyone else: six dollars a vehicle a month, falling as the book grows. A core implementation runs $25,000 to $40,000 and is scoped before you sign. The whole schedule is published.
The first few operators to open on the platform get design partner terms: materially better pricing for a two year minimum, a bounded scope and reference rights. The discount buys us a reference. It buys you a launch.
Bring the first client, or the plan for one.
We will walk the business end to end on data shaped like theirs, show you what opening under your own brand involves, and put a real number on it. If the plan is still a plan, that is fine; it is the right time to find out what the platform already does.
