Find out what your vehicles actually did.
You learn a great deal about the first ninety days of a vehicle’s life and much less about the next eight years. Fleet operators know, because they paid for every one of those years. The record is where that knowledge sits.
This surface is in build. What follows is the shape it takes, shown now so the people who will use it can tell us where it is wrong.

The maker view, as designed. Sample data, not a real tender.
Warranty claims are not the same thing as reliability.
A warranty claim tells you about the failures that were claimable, in the period they were claimable, by the owners who bothered. Fleet records tell you about every unscheduled workshop day, every consumable, every actual cost per kilometre, across a whole cohort, for the entire life of the asset.
That is a different and much less flattering picture, which is exactly why it is worth having. It is also the honest basis for a residual position rather than a negotiated one.
- Unscheduled workshop days per vehicle per year, against the cohort
- Known operating cost per kilometre, from matched evidence rather than a survey
- Resale against forecast, per model and per duty pattern
- Where a vehicle is being used outside what it was specified for, and what that costs

Fleets do not buy models. They buy roles.
A council does not need a ute. It needs something that covers a 71 kilometre busy day, tows 2,800 kilograms, carries 640 kilograms, returns to a depot each night and clears a five star safety gate. Whichever vehicle satisfies that is the one that wins, and until now nobody has expressed the demand that way.
When demand arrives as a role with evidence attached, you can answer it precisely. You can also see the roles nothing in your range currently fills, which is arguably the more valuable half.
Committed volume, not a mailing list.
Replacement schedules across many fleets aggregate into real, dated, committed volume for a role. That can be tendered. Fleets get competition, you get demand you can plan production against, and neither side has to guess.
We are a platform, not a principal. We do not take a position in your vehicles and we do not become the seller of record.
Ask us what the record already knows.
Name a model line and a duty type and we will show you the shape of the evidence we can produce today, and what it would take to see it for your own vehicles across the fleets that run them.
