Accessibility statement

Built to the bar our buyers are audited against.

Accessibility is a non-negotiable core of the product, not a skin we paint on. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and alignment to the Australian Digital Service Standard — the exact standard a government fleet is measured against. This statement covers this marketing website; the product carries its own conformance record and a VPAT/ACR on request.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Colour contrast at or above 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface components — every token pairing is measured, not eyeballed.
  • Colour is never the sole carrier of meaning; status always pairs a colour with a label or a sign.
  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability.
  • Content is legible and operable without JavaScript; motion is an enhancement and respects prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link; images that carry no information are hidden from assistive technology.

Where we know we’re not done

Meeting a standard on paper is not the same as being usable for everyone. We have not yet completed testing with assistive-technology users on this site, and we treat that as outstanding, not optional.

Tell us where it fails

If any part of this site blocks you, email accessibility@fleeter.com.au and tell us the page and what happened. We treat access barriers as defects and aim to respond within two business days.
